My husband and I could not be happier with the results thus far. We highly recommend Dr. Pan. He is not only detail-oriented and knowledgeable, but also attentive, comforting and caring.”

*He’s very personal & a perfectionist which is good when it comes to your babies face.
*He is very confident without being arrogant. He does phenomenal work.
*Not had surgery yet but satisfied with what we’ve seen and talked to him about already.
*I had a wonderful experience with the Cleft team at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Kirschner did an amazing job on my little guy, Noah. Noah was 4 months old when he had surgery to repair his cleft lip and now at almost three years of age people can’t tell he ever had one. I also appreciate the support the team offered and continues to offer my son and our family on this journey[
*When my daughter was diagnosed with cleft palate and Pierre-Robin sequence, Dr. Kirschner was very thorough in explaining these conditions and his recommended surgical interventions. He always takes time to listen and he is patient with my many questions. He is a perfectionist in surgery, which is so important when we are thinking about our kids! I would highly recommend him to other families.

*Personable, good with baby, I feel safe with him. But not excellent because I feel like he is a little pushy.
*We haven’t had surgery yet. But we like him when we see him for office visits.
*They’ve been very informative & accommodating as we are traveling from out of state.
*I have felt well informed, comforted and taken care of (bottle samples, quick appt, easy to contact) through the process. The results of the lip/nose repair are amazing with no taping or NAM.
*Very thorough and helpful with questions and concerns with feeding.
*The team is very welcoming, open, we can ask any and all question. And the surgeon is really nice. Very open to questions, we do not feel rushed and he does wonderful work.
*They are very through, accessible by phone, polite, My only drawback to this team is how long the appointments take. They take more then 2hours every time we have been there.
