*Beware of Dr. Tosan Livingstone. She will charge your insurance company for the team meeting regardless if she speaks you or not. Last year we requested that she did not attend since we don’t need her services but she came anyway. My husband asked her to leave which she did. None of the other doctors ever charged for the meeting before.
