-We haven’t technically met him yet. The previous 2 we had we did not care for. But what I have heard about Dr. Jiang is all excellent. So we are excited to meet him.
-Dr. Jiang really gives off the impression that he cares about your child. He goes above and beyond to check on my son. He always makes sure I understand all the information he gives me and entertains any questions I have.
-Dr Jiang is the best! Every person we have met on the team and in the hospital before/after surgery has been super nice. Extremely pleased with our experiences at Children’s Mercy!
-Our daughter’s repair is beautiful and we don’t anticipate the need for any future surgery. Dr. Jiang operates on more kids with cleft than any other surgeon we spoke to. We appreciate his experience.
-Our surgeon gave us his personal cell number after discharge to call with any problems or concerns!
-Results were great. Very open and gave us his cell phone number if we needed it.
-Amazing. Has built a bond with our child and looks forward to seeing him at every check up. Is ALWAYS open for questions and able to reach when we have direct questions for him, in person or by phone.”

*Very well put together!
*Every question is answered, everyone is very patient, caring and attentive, the parents are part of the cleft team and the docs make sure to make parents know how important their own roles are, excellent care.
*Expectations were clear, met with ot, dental, nutrition, ENT
*Very personable at every visit, check up, surgery. Able to get in reach with team at any hour of the day and truly cares about outcomes, health, appearance, & concerns parents have.
*Our team went above and beyond their normal daily jobs. They answered any and all questions very thoroughly and without any judgement on seemingly easy questions. They made themselves available after operations for us to get ahold of them in case of complications even after we were released. They seem to truly care about each and every one of their patients as if they were their own child.
