*our surgeon loves the kids, and makes sure their new smile is as unnoticeable as possible. He only does plastic surgery on kids – so is very specialized. The best part was he gave us a full hour of his time in our initial meeting to address all our concerns. He’s a little goofy, but we love him all the same!
*During hospital stays, I learned to hound the nurses for pain meds. They’re a little hands off, and don’t come by often… So I always call them around 15 minutes before the next med is scheduled to make sure they bring it on time.
